The review will use construction site scenarios to cover the minimum BMPs for each risk level, how to find them in the handbook, introduce the 2009 Construction SWPPP Outline, which can be used as a template for designing SWPPPs, and other compliance tools including REAP templates, Field Monitoring Guidance, and Basin Sizing guidance.
