Many overlapping sets of planning, permitting, and standards regulations, at both the state and federal level, govern the management of water quality in California. These regulations are constantly undergoing revision, refinement, and interpretation. CASQA utilizes experts to help assess and understand the impacts of proposed changes and to communicate effectively with the regulatory agencies considering these changes.
Each published CASQA Work Plan below describes both general and specific goals, objectives, tasks, products and priorities of the organization for that year, including the individual committees and committee chairs. They are approved by the Board of Directors prior to the beginning of each year, and they are intended to help guide CASQA to stay on-course throughout that year.
