Construction General Permit Trainer of Record

Request for Qualifications

The California Construction General Permit Training Team (CCGPTT) is seeking qualified construction stormwater and erosion and sediment control trainers to provide the official QSD/QSP training associated with the California Construction General Permit Order No. 2009-009-DWQ, hereafter referred to as the CGP. The training to be provided is the official training to certify individuals as Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSDs) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioners (QSPs) as identified in Section IX. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) of the CGP.

 

Statement of Qualifications Submittal *SUBMITTALS NOW CLOSED*

Interested individuals in becoming a CGP Trainer of Record should provide a detailed response to the RFQ by submitting a Statement of Qualifications using the above link. CASQA will be accepting SOQ submittals beginning February 7, 2011 through February 28, 2011 via the link above, however the following link provides a PDF sample of the SOQ Submittal Form.

Before getting started, please review the steps below.  All steps must be completed in the order in which they are listed below:

  1. Log in to our website. (If you do not have a Login, you can easily create one by clicking "Register")
  2. Once you have logged in, click on the "Statement of Qualifications Submittal" link listed above.
  3. Next, if this is your first SOQ Submittal, you will submit an SOQ Submittal Fee of $500.  If this is a resubmittal, you will submit an SOQ Resubmittal Fee of $250.  Click on the link "Pay SOQ Submittal Fee" or "Pay SOQ Resubmittal Fee" and you will be directed to the CASQA Store to complete your purchase.
    NOTE: This fee must be paid prior to submitting your SOQ.
  4. Once you have completed your SOQ fee payment, return to this page, make sure you are still logged in (your name will appear in the top right hand corner of your screen if you are still logged in), and continue with your SOQ submittal.
  5. When your SOQ is completed, you will see "Success" appear on your screen.  This means that your submittal was successful and complete, unless otherwise indicated.     

 

Compliance Agreement

This agreement with CASQA must be signed by each Candidate Trainer of Record for a Candidate to become a fully Qualified CGP QSD/QSP Trainer of Record. The agreement covers ethical behavior, maintenance of qualification, and providing the official CGP Training content.
