California’s Industrial Activities Storm Water General Permit (IGP) was adopted on April 1, 2014, and will become effective on July 1, 2015. It will impact more than 10,000 industrial dischargers in the state and represents a significant change from the current (1997) IGP. This full day workshop will include talks by regulators and the regulated, and will focus on important changes, milestones, and tools to help implement the IGP. Attendees will also be provided a preview of CASQA’s new Industrial BMP Handbook Portal and an update on the new Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP) training program under development.
