This training workshop builds on last year’s workshop on The Realities of Program Funding. In the absence of stable revenue streams for most stormwater programs in California, this workshop will examine several possible funding sources that may be used individually or in combination to help fund stormwater programs. Among the potential funding sources to be reviewed are Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts, Implementation of AB 2403, integration of stormwater quality and transportation funding, use of alternative compliance programs to help pay for green infrastructure retrofits, Proposition I grant funds, and foundation funding.
