This workshop will cover the existing landscape of stormwater program funding including the basic legal requirements of Propositions 13 and 218 and recent attempts to pass bond measures and fees to fund stormwater program costs. The workshop will additionally cover efforts to obtain alternative funding sources for both infrastructure and stormwater program implementation.
