Christopher Brown is passionate about storm water training and helping students to absorb the exam materials. He has many real-world examples and experiences to share for each of the permit requirements which helps to keep the class interesting and students engaged. Of course, there is always time for your' questions. Mr. Brown is a Senior Environmental Scientist at ETIC Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the storm water compliance industry conducting site inspections, performing sample collection and analysis, resolving compliance issues with local and regional agencies, and developing BMP solutions. He has presented more than 200 training classes and developed hundreds of site-specific SWPPPs for utility, commercial, residential, and agency projects. He also maintains an ongoing dialogue with the SWRCB and RWQCB representatives on CGP interpretation and development issues.
