Registration Deadlines

  • Monday, August 26, 2019 - 11:59 PM PT: Early registration discount ends
  • Monday, Sep 9, 2019 - 5:00 PM PT: Speakers, Panelists, and Poster Presenters deadline
  • Tuesday, Oct 1, 2019 - 5:00 PM PT: General Attendees & Webcast deadline

** We strongly recommend that attendees register by the online deadline (Oct 1, 2019 - 5 PM PT). Only a limited amount of same day registrations may be available on a first-come basis (lunch is not included).

Speaker, Panelist, and Poster Presenter Rate Eligibility

CASQA offers a reduced conference rate for eligible speakers, panelists, and poster presenters as described below. Please check your speaker status on this list before registering:

Speaker Eligibility List (as of --2019) - (list pending speaker confirmations)

  • Eligible for discount:
    • Primary speaker (1) for each technical presentation
    • 
Alternate presentation speaker for each technical program track
    • Panelists for a panel, forum, or roundtable
    • 
Training Workshop speakers / panelists
  • Supporting speakers are not eligible and must pay the full Member or Non-Member attendee rate
  • Poster presenters who are not also presenting orally and are not alternate presentation speakers receive a $50 discount off the Member general attendee rate
  • Speaker, Panelist, and Poster Presenter rates apply to both Members and Non-Members


Additional Notes

No-Charge Speaker, Panelist, or Poster-Only Presenter Option:

  • There is no charge for speakers or panelists attending only the session or the half-day of a training workshop in which they are speaking, or for poster-only presenters attending only the morning break on Monday; therefore no need to officially register. For this option, contact our Events Manager.
  • Lunch is not included for no charge speakers, panelists, or poster-only presenters.
  • If a no-charge speaker, panelist, or poster-only presenter plans to attend another session (Tuesday or Wednesday) or the other half of Monday, including lunch, but no other conference days, then they must purchase a 1-Day Conference Pass. 
  • No-charge speakers, panelists, or poster-only presenters must still check in at the CASQA Conference Registration Desk to pick up their packet and badge.

Speaker, Panelist, and Poster Presenter Check-In: 

All speakers and poster presenters must check in at the CASQA Conference Registration Desk to pick up their packet and badge, regardless if they are only staying for the session or training workshop in which they are speaking. 

Registration Instructions

To register, select the green 'Register' button to the right per your type:

  • 1st button > Primary Speaker, Alternate Presentation Speaker, Training Workshop Speaker, Panelist
  • 2nd button > Supporting Speakers and Poster-Only Presenters 

Payment Options

Credit card is the only payment option. We do not accept check payments.

Attendee Information (rates below)

Join us for the full conference with the 3-Day Full Conference Pass, or on the days of your choice with the 2-Day and 1-Day Conference Passes.

  • Conference dates: Monday 10/7/2018 - Wednesday 10/9/2018
  • The 3-Day Full Conference Pass includes the Networking Event on Monday evening
  • The 2-Day and 1-Day Conference Passes do not include the Networking Event on Monday evening, but can be purchased as an add-on option, or for attendee guests, when registering online ($100)
  • During registration attendees should be prepared to choose a training workshop OR the field tour (if attending Monday).

This offsite event will be held once again at the Monterey Bay Aquarium!

  • Included with a 3-Day Full Conference Pass
  • Can be purchased as an add-on option for $100 when registering online for a 1-Day or a 2-Day Conference Pass, or for attendee guests. Online advance purchase is recommended. A limited number of tickets will be available onsite at Conference Services until 1:30 PM on Monday 10/7 ($TBD - onsite pricing). Tickets are not available at-the-door.

Tickets can be purchased as an add-on option when registering online for a 1-Day or a 2-Day Conference Pass, or for attendee guests.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are allowed for General, Speaker, and Webcast registrations only; no refunds for Exhibitor registrations
  • A substitution of an attendee is allowed without charge
  • Refunds will only be given for cancellations made before 3:00 PM on the Tuesday of the week before the conference begins
  • A 25% administrative fee will be assessed for a refund

Refund Instructions:

  1. Before the cancellation deadline, access your registration record via the email confirmation that you received after you registered online.
  2. Once you have accessed your registration record online, please choose the option to cancel your registration and proceed.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and the refund, minus the 25% administrative fee.
