If you have not received an expected email from CASQA, it may be caught in a spam filter. Please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam folder for an email from email@example.com.
- Mark the email as "Not Spam" for future deliveries.
- Ask your system administrator to add this entire email address to the organization's whitelist to help receive emails from the CASQA website: firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals should also add the email address to their personal whitelist.
