How do I find a missing CASQA email?

 

If you have not received an expected email from CASQA, it may be caught in a spam filter. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your spam folder for an email from donotreply@casqa.org.
  2. Mark the email as "Not Spam" for future deliveries.
  3. Ask your system administrator to add this entire email address to the organization's whitelist to help receive emails from the CASQA website: donotreply@casqa.org. Individuals should also add the email address to their personal whitelist.
