Speaker / Panelist 1:
Robert Larsen, Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board
Biography: Robert Larsen is a Senior Environmental Scientist at the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. He has worked on erosion control, stormwater management, and watershed restoration efforts at Lake Tahoe for more than fifteen years. Mr. Larsen holds a Master’s degree in Soil Science from the University of California, Davis and currently manages Lake Tahoe Total Maximum Daily Load implementation and associated policies for the State of California.
Speaker / Panelist 2:
Cindy Rivers, County of Orange
Biography: Cindy is a Stormwater Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance. Cindy has worked as an Environmental Consultant in Australia and the United States. She is currently the Stormwater Program Manager for South Orange County.
Speaker / Panelist 3:
Jeanna Long, Woodard & Curran
Biography: Dr. Jeanna Long has more than 14 years of experience in software design, application development, numerical analysis, and project management. She is the lead designer of Woodard & Curran’s Opti platform implemented for integrated regional water management and stormwater resources planning projects. She has managed complex software projects for the state and local agencies focused on outreach, data and information sharing, project collaboration and improvement, and transparency. She is currently managing the implementation and integration of Opti for four stormwater resources planning programs along with a statewide Opti to report on program accomplishments and provide input to future program planning.
