This panel will explore current legal issues, rules, permit requirements, and trends from a national perspective, as well as describe programs in which practitioners can participate.

Speaker / Panelist 1:
Scott Taylor, Michael Baker International
Biography: Scott Taylor is a past Chair of CASQA and the current Chair of the National Municipal Stormwater Alliance, a 501c3 entity dedicated to clean water for the nation and to assisting MS4 programs to implement the Clean Water Act.
Speaker / Panelist 2:
Steve Dye, Water Environment Federation (WEF)
Biography: Steve Dye works on legislative affairs for the Water Environment Federation and began his career on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA). Steve is President & Founder of Nexus Government Relations, LLC.

Seth Brown, Storm and Stream, LLC
Biography: Seth Brown is founder of Storm and Stream, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to stormwater. Seth also serves as the Director of Stormwater Programs for the Water Environment Federation.

Geoff Brosseau, California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA)
Biography: Geoff Brosseau serves as the Executive Director for the California Stormwater Quality Association. Geoff has extensive experience in implementing MS4 stormwater programs in California and nationally.
