Mr. Lokkesmoe is a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer GENI. He has over 35 years’ experience developing and implementing project and site-specific environmental and occupational safety plans and training programs for all levels of client personnel. He has been conducting SWPPP training since 2002. He has developed hundreds of SWPPPs. He is active on the CASQA Committees for General Permit and training issues, is one of the best informed and most popular trainers in the field, and has trained thousands of students during his career.
