FAQ

To create a pre-purchase invoice for your own or your organization’s internal purposes, log in then fill out the Pre-Purchase Invoice form, or go to the Pre-Purchase Invoices tab on your My Account page to access the form there. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an email with a PDF of the invoice. The invoice can also be viewed on the Pre-Purchase Invoice tab of your My account page.

NOTE: All products are purchased online by credit card. Check payments are accepted only by special request and CASQA pre-approval.

Product Discounts:

• CASQA Members: The member discount on certain products is given only when the member is logged in at the time of purchase.
• For BMP Handbook Subscription Renewals: The renewal discount will not show on your Pre-Purchase Invoice as the discount is given during purchase checkout only if the subscription is renewed before it expires. If the subscription is expired no discount is given.

If you have not received an expected email from CASQA, it may be caught in a junk mailbox or spam filter. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your junk / spam folders for an email from casqa@casqa.org.
2. Mark the email as “Not Spam” for future deliveries.
3. Ask your system administrator to add both the casqa@casqa.org and donotreply@casqa.org email addresses to the organization’s whitelist to receive emails from CASQA.
4. If you have taken these steps and do not find the email you need, please contact CASQA.

Group BMP Handbook subscriptions have a designated Subscription Contact (purchaser) who can share the subscription with others in their organization by following these steps:

1. Subscription Contact: Log in to your My Account page and go to Manage Members & Subscribers > Manage BMP Subscribers.
   1. If you have more than one BMP Handbook subscription, first choose which handbook from the dropdown choices that you would like to manage.
2. Add the email addresses of the people with whom you would like to share your group BMP Handbook subscription.
3. Click the green ‘ADD’ button.
4. We’ll send an email notification to your newly added subscriber.
   1. If they have an existing account with that email address on the CASQA website, they will be ‘active’ right away.
   2. If they don’t have an existing account with that email address, they will remain as a ‘pending’ subscriber until they follow through on the instructions in the notification email (be sure they check their junk / spam folders for an email from casqa@casqa.org).
5. ‘Active’ subscribers will have access to the BMP Handbook whenever they are logged in to their own CASQA account.
6. Revisit the Manage BMP Subscribers tab any time to resend the notification if necessary, or to add more email addresses.

To be part of a group (one organization) BMP Handbook subscription, the Subscription Contact (purchaser) must first add you as a subscriber of the handbook on the Manage Subscribers tab of their account page. Please get in touch with the primary contact to ask them to add you as a subscriber. Once added, you will receive an email invitation from casqa@casqa.org with further instructions to complete the activation of your subscriber status. Please check any junk / spam folders, or email blocking by your organization. Your subscriber status will remain as pending until you follow through on the email instructions.

The one-day seminars are held virtually three times per year, supporting access for most members throughout the state, as well as enabling the inclusion of more diverse speakers and content.
