CASQA is the leading professional association in the stormwater management field and is dedicated to excellence in California by working together. We provide our members with the most up to date information in our rapidly changing industry. Membership in CASQA is for a one year term with renewals paid annually, and provides significant value and multiple exclusive benefits.
Current Members
CASQA members can simply log in for exclusive access to CASQA publications and work products in the For Members section and to receive the member discount on CASQA events and products.
New Memberships
Memberships are for one year and renewals are paid annually. Review the Membership Types then scroll down to purchase a new membership.
Membership Types
Two types of membership are available (Regular and Affiliate) based on if holding a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit, or not. Membership is open to individuals and groups (organizations) including:
- Phase I Stormwater Programs: Areawide stormwater programs, large cities, counties, industries, and the construction industry
- Phase II Stormwater Programs: Small cities, counties, educational institutions, utilities, and non-traditional entities
- Others: Professionals and companies specializing in water quality, trade associations, and non-profit interest groups

Membership Purchasing
You can create a pre-purchase invoice if you need one. Credit card is our only payment option. Check payments are accepted only by special request and CASQA pre-approval.
Regular Membership – For NPDES Stormwater Permit Holders
Population is based on the most recent estimate of the California Department of Finance. GR is based on Gross California Revenue.
Renewals:
To renew an active membership or repurchase an expired membership, the Membership Contact should go to My Account > Orders and select the Renew or Repurchase link.

Affiliate Membership – Do Not Hold a NPDES Stormwater Permit
Individual (one person) and group (one organization) memberships are available. Group (organization) membership is based on Gross California Revenue (GR).
