QSP-QSD Online - Bruce Lokkesmoe, Global Environmental Network
After completing the QSP and/or QSP-QSD virtual course, students will be qualified to take the QSP
and/or QSD exam online. Global Environmental Network, Inc.’s QSP-QSD course is conducted by GENI’s seasoned, experienced, qualified California CGP Trainer of Record (CGP-ToR). Days 1 & 2 address
the qualifications for QSP; Day 3 covers added requirements for QSD. Current QSPs can enroll
in Day 3 only to qualify for the QSD exam.

The training is led by SWRCB and CASQA Approved Trainer of Record, Bruce Lokkesmoe, CPESC/QSPQSD/
ToR. Bruce has been active on the CASQA Committees for General Permit and training issues and
is one of the best informed and most popular trainers in the field. He offers experience from the
field as a QSD, having developed hundreds of SWPPPs and served as Stormwater Manager for dozens
of construction projects. He brings this experience into the classroom. As one of the first Caltrans-approved SWPPP trainers, Bruce has been conducting SWPPP training since 2002 and teaching adult
learners most of his career.
