CASQA Annual Conference Abstract Submittal – Panel

We welcome your abstract submission for a panel for the CASQA 2026 Annual Conference. Submissions must be in accordance with the requirements detailed in this document: CASQA 2026 Call for Abstracts: Information and Requirements. We reserve the right to reject incomplete submissions.

Submittal Requirements

The following are the sole basis for selection; other supplemental data will not be accepted:

  1. Abstract Template: Complete and upload the CASQA-provided 2026 Conference Abstract Template – Panel. Follow all instruction comments in the template. The file must be saved to .pdf before uploading to the form below.
    • NOTE – Uploaded PDF files automatically receive a pre-formatted file name upon submittal, so you may leave the file name as is or name it whatever you like.
  2. Annual Conference Abstract Submittal Form: Complete the online form below

  • Please Double Check Your Spelling: (presentation title, names, capitalizations, job titles, organizations, and email addresses) – Typos in spelling can carry through to the agenda, printed conference program, and mobile app.
